A significant part of arad's senior team helped shape the evolution of YOOX NET-A-PORTER, which is where much of the group's hands on experience in luxury e-commerce, omnichannel and digital operations comes from.

Teams are composed from the offering areas the engagement touches, pairing at least one senior practitioner who owns the client relationship with the specialists required by the scope. Each service page lists the arad people who work on that service.

One team. The people on the Team page work under the arad name, with a shared way of working. Every project has an arad lead who puts their name to it and a small team that decides together how to tackle it, so clients deal with one team rather than with a group assembled for each project.

Field Proven Hybrid Teams are arad teams that pair senior practitioners with next generation talent on the same project. Senior people bring experience from having run digital inside companies, younger consultants bring the tools and methods of recent years, and both work together on delivery.

The team includes managing partners and partners, senior experts, senior project leads and senior project managers, managers, senior consultants and consultants, plus specialist roles such as product manager, UX and UI designer, and finance and HR management.

A non pyramidal team has no wide base of junior consultants supervised by a few senior partners. At arad, senior practitioners are the majority of the team and are directly involved in delivery, with new talent working beside them rather than in place of them.
