The Client

Group operating in the large-scale distribution of mass-market perfumes and healthcare products, who had acquired a brand specialized in luxury skincare.

The Problem

With limited territorial distribution, without a direct-to-consumer logic, the issue was how to guarantee a volume increase in the Italian market and develop foreign markets through the use of digital channels.

The Solution

First, we started with an assessment of the status quo regarding every aspect of the brand: customer segments, target markets, most relevant competitors, covered channels, etc.

Then, we created a set of strategic omnichannel guidelines for brand development and distribution, with a special focus on the set of possible drive-to-store activities.

Lastly, we provided support in the creation of a business plan and a product roadmap. We assisted in the selection process of the web design agency for the new web.
