CRM project and group-wide database migration
The Client
A design company, based in northern Italy, with more than €200 million total revenues.
The Problem
The CRM project was set as a milestone to be reached by 2022, along with a group-wide database migration process to Salesforce.
Thus, the company’s goal was to complete its database migration from Hubspot to Salesforce and most importantly to outline a comprehensive CRM strategy whilst building a dedicated CRM team, which did not previously exist in the company.
The Solution
ARAD’s work led to the outline of a comprehensive CRM strategy including target identification and design of the contact strategy, as well as the identification and set up of the new organizational structure for the CRM department.
In addition to this, ARAD’s work allowed for the CRM migration process to proceed smoothly and set the basis for the new CRM system to be created.
