E-commerce & omnichannel strategy

The Client

A fashion brand based in northern Italy, with 5.000 stores in over 80 countries.

The Problem

The company wanted to understand how to change the processes and the organization of the parent group following an inter-department vision, in order to face the internalization of the e-commerce operations, pursuing an omnichannel strategy.

The Solution

We coordinated the operations in terms of methodology, project management, and content perspectives, in order to complete the business processes re-engineering.

We supported the whole organizational structure facilitating the collaboration between departments, which previously were used to work following a silos approach.

We also performed an assessment of the major company business pillars in terms of relevant gaps to be addressed, mainly regarding resources, tools, and competencies.
