The Client
A fashion brand based in northern Europe, with more €2bln total revenues.
The Problem
The CDO asked us to assess the brand's e-commerce compared to its peers, in order to identify any possible improvements to boost online sales.
The Solution
As a preliminary step we identified the key dimensions of analysis, then a set of objective criteria to identify the most relevant benchmarks.
We ran our analysis over the course of 3 weeks, identifying a set of more than 200 potential improvements, segmented by estimated impact, complexity, funnel step, etc.
For each improvement, we mapped 2-3 best practices among the peers, presented as mini-clips.
