The Client

A fashion brand, based in central Italy, with more than €1bln total revenues.

The Problem

Due to a fast growth both in terms of activities and business areas, the organizational structure of the Digital Business department required a restructuring and an overall improvement.

The primary objective was therefore to understand the areas of competence and roles needed in the department to manage the growing business demands.

Furthermore, the second goal was to determine the staffing needs and the to-be organizational structure.

The Solution

ARAD’s project led to the outline of a comprehensive to-be organizational structure of the Digital Business department, as well as a clear projection of the future demands of the digital component of the fashion business.

Furthermore, the competencies needed to manage the digital business from a staffing perspective were also delineated, thus supporting the company in finding the right talents for the department.
