The Client
A jewelry brand based in Northern Europe with sales of about 3Bln €.
The Problem
The company experienced a very challenging thanksgiving peak and asked us to put in place a better process to manage the following year's expected volumes.
The Solution
We coordinated a company-wide effort to improve the accuracy of the e-commerce forecast, improve internal coordination, modify communication to customers, and better plan resources.
We also conducted a UX review regarding the company website, to identify possible improvements to implement.
