Exploring the Opportunities of the Digital Channels

The Client

A worldwide celebrated winery, located in the center of Italy, with more than €20Mln revenues.

The Problem

The brand was less affirmed in the domestic market, rather than in the foreign one since there are many different famous winery labels in Italy.

Thus, the client wanted to explore the opportunities offered by the digital channels, to increase its products' presence and awareness to the mass audience.

The Solution

We performed a comprehensive analysis of the competitive scenario to identify the most relevant players and best practices in the field.

In the meantime, we outlined more than 10 different clusters of potential target consumers who might be interested in the new brand's Unique Value Proposition, and we contributed to developing and redefining the brand's online offer.

We also conducted a thorough analysis of their customer journeys and, with the insights we collected, we were able to start the planning and prototyping of the new web.
